We receive and analyze all the Letters of Interest (LOIs) and investigate the selected investors. We also negotiate the best valuation and terms for your financing round and let you choose the offer that truly matches or beats your expectations. 

Finally, we coordinate the investor's due diligence process, validate the negotiations and execute the transaction in order to close the deal.
