Five-step process

1. STRATEGY

First, we take time to know your business, its environment, and understand your specific objective and rationale for this operation. We then define our mandate and strategy according to your particular criteria for the potential buyers and the transaction.

2. PREPARATION

Then, we collect the necessary data from your company and draft all the key documents required by investors: the teaser, the memorandum and the NDAs. We also establish an extensive list of potential buyers: Private Equity, strategic investors, etc.

3. MARKETING

With your validation, we manage the NDAs procedure, send the relevant materials to our buyers list, and answer their requests. We then set up and host conference calls and management meetings with a short list of interested and qualified investors. 

4. NEGOTIATION

We receive and analyze all the Letters of Interest (LOIs) and investigate on the potential investors. We also negotiate the best valuation and terms for your transaction and let you select the offer that truly matches or beats your expectations. 

5. CLOSING

Finally, we coordinate the investor's due diligence process, validate the negotiations and execute the transaction in order to close the deal.
